Sunday: Greens and Beans (There should have been a turkey breast too, but I forgot to buy one)
Monday: Meatloaf, Roasted White Beets, and Sauted Chard
Tuesday: Chicken Tikka Masala and South Indian Cabbage with Rice
Wednesday: Mac N Cheese and Leftovers
Thursday NY Strip Steaks, Green Salad and something from the CSA box
Friday: Pizza and Salad
Saturday (Jen's Working): Leftovers
I've decided that I need to post this more often, as the kids really like erasing the whiteboard on the fridge. Once they do that, I can't remember what I planned for the week. My mind is so swiss cheesy I can't remember anything anymore.
