The program isn't very old...and in the last year or so its become "Known". Before this academic year it wasn't that difficult for people to get their kids in...now we have the phenomenon of 100 kids trying to get into 20 seats. I think a lot of people bitched about how they did it (including me, I called the district and raised hell) so the rules got revised.
