I had three biological children, two little girls (sisters) who lived with us for more than a year, a nephew who was here four years and fourteen foster children. ALL the things on that list sound reasonable to me.

Once I had two foster babies (not siblings) who were just five weeks apart in age. I became adept at things like getting the second one out of his or her carseat while I had the first one on my hip. I always dressed them in overalls because where the straps cross in back made a great handle. Something that was useful because they usually headed for trouble at the same time.
