if it helps, we were taught to try to develop a visual metaphor for each chapter of Steiner. If you're working on Study of Man, I still have all my posters and can tell you about the metaphors I developed?

Study of man is year 3. I just need to get through a bunch of lectures in Advice and Discussions. I've read both already, I just need to review.
