I hate the kids next door

I'm sound asleep, taking a nap and I hear several knocks on the door. So I get up thinking it Ike (he's been knocking on his door to say "Hey! I'm up!") I go to his room and he's sound asleep.

The knocking continues. Turns out its the little shits who live next door knocking on the wall. This continues for 15 minutes. Needless to say my nap was cut short and I'm not happy about it!

New Habits

I'm starting a new habit today. Lets see how long it lasts.

I subscribe to several (read too many) stitching magazines. They take up an awful lot of space. I also never remember what in the hell the projects are inside. So, today, I am starting to scan projects from incoming magazines into the computer. I am hoping this will help. I've also created database for the scanned projects so I can search for things based on several descriptors. I'm still thinking of keeping the magazines for now (I'm a purist, I like paper), but I just like the idea of an electronic backup in case something should happen to my stash.

Lets see how this works out.
