There was a one-shot parody of Jonny Quest in an episode of Freakazoid! called "Toby Danger". The Race Bannon character's solution to everything was to throw a barrel at it. Of course, after Dr. Danger's high tech solution to the problem failed miserably, the barrel solution saved the day.
I've also seen a few fragments of the Venture Bros., which is another Jonny Quest parody from Adult Swim. Their slam on the Fantastic Four was pretty funny, I thought.
Man, I am just a giant glob of useless pop culture detritus. But I am appalled that I don't get Naomi.
