Congrats! I used to drive by it all the time. There's a great vegetarian place in old Fair Oaks called Sunflower (http://www.sunflowernaturalrestaurant.com/ ). I'm not too sure how they are on Gluten Free stuff, but you might call them and see. Just mind the wandering chickens.
