If I am ever so rich that money is no object at all, I will have a place with stuff like that in it, just so people can come and enjoy the ambiance. There will be tapestries and fountains, frescoes and hand-carved wooden toilets, costumes to try on for the day and two-handed greatswords on the wall -- just for folks to to bask in the atmosphere.
