Should we decide to adopt, I'm fairly certain (read 99%) we are going to want to adopt a boy. Ergo I can get rid of all the clothes Elli and Gwen have outgrown. Thus freeing up valuable storage space.

Hrmmm.

I'm gonna need more hangers and tags for the next Outrageous Outgrowns then.

Oo! The redhead...I've always wanted a redheaded child. I tried 3 times and still no redheads!

Oh, he's a fine choice. Champion sleeper, in his own crib, easily entertained, good eater. He'll escape a three point harness of any kind like nobody's business, though.

That quite reminds: I was grumpily musing to myself last night that I taught my particularly dim, nearsighted albino ferret with maybe twice the attention span of your average goldfish to walk on a Chihuahua harness & leash. But I can't manage the same with my less-furry babies.
