Okay, so Ike's teacher uses a red, yellow, and green sign to help the kids self-regulate their behavior. They "color up" towards green when they follow the rules, and "color down" to red when they don't. If a kid colors down to red a red note is sent home to Mom and Dad. Ike got one sent home on Tuesday. And the note said "Keep our hands to ourselves" While talking to Ike about it and saying we were disappointed that he got a note sent home he said...

"Oh Mommy. You need to take me to the Doctor. There's something wrong. My bones are making me naughty"

Sometimes its really hard to keep a straight face around this kid.

Although I have to admit, my favorite Ikeism is "I need something Sweet and Tasty"

This makes me realize that when my children learn to interpret my astounded, trying-not-to-laugh look, I'm going to be in trouble.
