What did you find challenging? What would you do differently if she had to do it again? After they have written their self-reflection, I review their work and reflections and write comments. I make sure to point out where they had growth or new success. I also help them identify the next steps."

So I'm slow...

I just recently realized that buying and eating organic isn't just good for me and the planet....but it's also a social justice issue. For two reasons.
1. At most Organic Farms that I know of, the workers are paid a fair, living wage.
2. They aren't exposed to a VERY toxic environment.
