We have a new family member

I've been waiting for Ike to ask...and he did last night, so we went to the pet store this afternoon and bought a very cute female dwarf hamster. We've named her Harvey the Wonder Hamster!

If I had known that assembling all the stuff was going to cost that much, I might have waited until his birthday. I'll know for next time. But once I said we were getting a hamster, I couldn't back out.

The cat will be happy with more litter and food.
