aelfieSo this weekend was the Santa Clara County Fair. I entered 6 stitched items. A friend of mine from the Embroidery Guild was nice enough to not only turn them in, but pick them up and return them. She came by this afternoon with my stash. Out of the 6 entered items, I won:
1 First place ribbon for a stumpwork dragonfly
3 Second place ribbons for: Ike's Xmas stocking, a autumnal themed spot sampler, and a silk and metal work sampler
1 Fourth place ribbon for a Xmas Doily
1 Fifth place ribbon for Joe's Penguin Xmas Ornament.
Not Bad!
