Gray conquered the two step kitchen step stool awhile ago.

This weekend? The ladder for the play structure.

I was doing something else, Ike comes over and says "Look at Gray Mom!"

He was on the second rung, reaching for the third. Ut.

Then.

Someone left the step stool out again. I hear kitchen gear crashing onto the floor. I investigate. Gray is standing on the kitchen counter throwing cabinet contents on the floor.

Man am I glad the gate is up.

My mother used to say that. Then she sees what I go through. She's apologized since.

My MIL on the other hand? She still laughs manically. But then again, she lives 3000 miles away, not like she really sees what my mom does.
