Interesting. I'm certain I remember it more as: "Twins?!? We're so screwed!"

But then, I don't sleep much. I'm believe that impairs memory function.

Oh, and that was my line, not Jen's. She might have said that at some point. Hormones are amazing during pregnancy. (Mmmmm, pregnancy hormones. *drool*)

They were extremely cute in all three instances. Okay, maybe not the mud so much, but the naked and waffles was ADORABLE!

Joe's experience last night was chasing Gwen around the house and the look of absolute glee on her face was awe inspiring.

I didn't write this to complain. Just to share!

I complain when Ike's dumped mud all over them and they come to me crying. When they voluntarily played in the mud? That's a different story!

On the other hand ... the fact that they managed to both swipe frozen waffles shows that they're pretty smart. :)

Actually (he said, cleverly combining comments from two posts into a single answer), I believe it was you who first said, "twins...we are SO screwed", and Jen later echoed the sentiment.

But DURING the pregnancy? Let's just say that during Jen's next pregnancy, I'm not going near her without a tape recorder in my hand. :) Just to have evidence for next time.

And Jen always has the option of either making this into a friends-only post, or screening comments selectively. :)

I must make a note to myself to talk about nekkid wet mud-wrestling frozen stolen waffle fights when it's time to write the girls' next birthday poem.

I feel a Dr. Suess fit coming on ...

Falafels, of course. Oooh, and I see from dictionary.com that falafels are made from fava bean flour! That and Gwen's horror movie antics should give you plenty of material to work with.
