Date: 2008-10-19 05:51 am (UTC)Have you tried using spaghetti squash for gluten-free spaghetti? I am intrigued but afraid we'll waste it. Also, randomly, my apple cider vinegar informed me that it is gluten free, and I thought of you. That's not all stalker creepy, right?

Date: 2008-10-19 03:34 pm (UTC)Spaghetti squash as a GF pasta is actually really good. I like it 'cause the kids will eat it and actually get another serving of veggies. Just use a strong red sauce.
Thinking of me when you find something randomly declaring its GF is definitely NOT stalker creepy. Its cool! There's a lot of things out there that you'd think would be GF but isn't. Like the Fire taco sauce from Taco Bell. I can't eat that the last ingredient is standard soy sauce.
